INPUT_SIGNALS
Digital security begins with transparency. We collect strictly prioritized data required for high-fidelity automation and legal compliance.
Metadata Stream
- Unified Discord Identity Mapping (User IDs and Server IDs)
- Structural Metadata: Channel hierarchies and role configurations
- Telemetry: Rate-limiting signals and cooldown timestamps
- Moderation Records: Action logs (bans, kicks, mutes, warns) tied to user/server IDs
Interactive Content
- Transient Cache: In-memory only cache of deleted/edited message events (cleared automatically — never persisted).
- Structural Backups: Safely stores channel layouts, role settings, and bans. Message content is NEVER backed up.
- Model Payloads: Natural language explicitly sent to AI inference engines for translation, chat, or analysis.
- Social State: Persistent leveling XP, marriage records, ship data, and engagement metadata.
- Voice Transcription: Audio packets processed in-memory and sent to Whisper AI for transcription. Raw audio is never stored.
LOGIC_PROCESSING
Your data is the property of your identity. We operate on a Zero-Commercialization model: data is utilized exclusively for performance and feature delivery. We never sell, license, or trade user data to third parties.
Processing Purposes
- Feature Delivery: Leveling, moderation, backups, and social features require stored user/server identifiers to function.
- AI Processing: Text sent to AI commands is forwarded to inference engines for processing. This data is not retained by the bot after the session ends.
- Abuse Prevention: Rate-limiting and blacklist data is processed to protect the bot's infrastructure and other users.
STORAGE_NODES
GLOBAL systems utilize SQLite databases with file-level access controls. All data is stored locally on secured, access-restricted infrastructure.
Storage Architecture
- Primary Database: SQLite files for moderation, leveling, social, and configuration data.
- Backup Storage: JSON-serialized server structure snapshots (up to 10 per server).
- Volatile Memory: Snipe cache, AI context, and voice buffers exist only in running memory and are purged on restart.
DELETION_CYCLES
Pruning Schedule
- Server Backups: Structural layouts only, no message logs. Oldest backups auto-pruned beyond the 10-snapshot limit.
- Snipe History: Temporarily cached strictly in running memory. Automatically cleared on bot restart.
- AI Context: Flushed immediately upon session termination. No conversation history is persisted.
- Voice Transcription: Audio buffers are processed and discarded in real-time. No recording is stored.
- Moderation Logs: Retained indefinitely for server compliance purposes. Can be deleted by server administrators.
On Server Removal
When GLOBAL is removed from a server, configuration data (prefix, log channels, mod roles) may be retained for up to 30 days to allow for re-addition. After 30 days, all server-specific data is eligible for permanent deletion.
PEER_UPLINKS
To provide next-gen capabilities, GLOBAL interfaces with specialized external providers:
- Discord API: Core infrastructure for bot operations, message handling, and user interactions.
- AI Inference: Processes text and audio for chat, translation, image analysis, and voice transcription features.
These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them independently. No additional third-party services receive your data.
USER_OVERRIDE
You maintain the "Right to Nullify." Full data deletion and export requests are processed upon verification of identity.
Your Rights
- Data Access: Request a copy of all data associated with your Discord user ID.
- Data Deletion: Request complete removal of your data from all GLOBAL systems.
- Data Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-Out: Certain features (leveling, social) can be disabled per-server by administrators.
