Service
SIGN_ON_PROTOCOLS
By adding GLOBAL to your Discord server or interacting with any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is binding and applies to all users within servers where GLOBAL operates.
We reserve the right to update these terms as the system evolves. Continued use of the bot after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Major changes will be announced in the official support server.
SERVICE_MATRIX
Capability Clusters
- Moderation: Adaptive anti-nuke shielding, auto-moderation filters, role automation, and server protection systems designed to safeguard your community.
- AI Inference: High-speed natural language processing for translation, chat sessions, image analysis, and real-time voice transcription.
- Utilities: High-integrity server backups (structure only — never message content), sticky messages, welcome/leave automation, and counting modules.
- Social: XP-based leveling, marriage and ship systems, action commands (hug, pat, kiss, etc.), and community engagement features.
- Fun & Games: Trivia, memes, interactive mini-games, and entertainment commands.
Feature availability may vary. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to any specific feature.
ETHICAL_USAGE_PARAMS
Users must operate within the boundaries of Discord Community Guidelines and all applicable international law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors within the bot's systems.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the bot.
- Using the bot to automate harassment, spam, raids, or any form of abuse.
- Attempting to overload the bot's infrastructure through intentional rate-limit abuse or denial-of-service patterns.
- Using AI features to generate content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or local laws.
Violation of these parameters will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting from all GLOBAL services.
MODERATION_JURISDICTION
GLOBAL provides automated and manual moderation tools for server administrators. The system acts as a tool — the responsibility for moderation decisions rests entirely with the server staff who configure and execute them.
The Operator is not liable for any actions taken by server administrators or moderators using GLOBAL's features. This includes bans, kicks, mutes, role changes, channel lockdowns, and message deletions performed through the bot.
AI_NEURAL_OUTPUT
AI-powered features (chat, translation, image analysis, voice transcription) utilize external neural inference engines. Important disclaimers:
- AI outputs are generated dynamically and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or fabricated information.
- AI responses do not represent the views or opinions of the Operator.
- Users interact with AI features at their own risk. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
- AI context is ephemeral — session data is flushed immediately upon termination.
SYST_BACKUP_INTEGRITY
The backup system maintains a rolling history of up to 10 structural snapshots per server. Backups include channel layouts, role configurations, and permission structures. Message content is never backed up.
We do not guarantee permanent data persistence. Backups may be purged during system maintenance. Server owners should implement independent backup strategies.
SERVICE_TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to GLOBAL for any user or server without prior notice if:
- The user or server violates these Terms of Service.
- The bot is being used for purposes that conflict with Discord's Terms of Service.
- System abuse or exploitation is detected or reasonably suspected.
Upon termination, all associated data for the affected server may be deleted without recovery options.
LIABILITY_CAP_INDEX
GLOBAL is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Total liability is capped at $0 USD — the service is provided free of charge.
- No liability is assumed for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API failures.
TERM_MODIFICATIONS
These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the official support server. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
The "LAST UPDATED" timestamp at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
